2 Weeks of Outdoor Workouts!


We’re in our second week post quarantine and our workouts are rocking!

I just want to thank everyone for making the transition back to workouts a smooth one!! I appreciate everyone doing their part in cleaning, sanitizing, and wiping down the equipment, and being understanding of the circumstances we’ve been given! Thank you all for being understanding of everyone’s comfort level.

It was a long 3 and half months to be away from fitness, and I couldn’t be happier with how things are running with our outdoor setup and seeing the impact it’s making on people and the happiness we get from being sore again!

Every morning we put out all the equipment, put up the tent, and sanitize everything, and every night we bring it all back in, put down the tent, and sanitize again @garrettmoher_fitness @ambushashby this is a big job thank you guys.

We’re cleaning throughout every workout and after every workout to make sure the equipment is sanitized for everyone.

We have an amazing community from members to staff, and I’m very proud of how we’ve come together and adapting during these times.

Workouts are $15 per class, and personal training is $65 per session. Both plus tax.
