What is TORQUE Training?

TORQUE Online Training is the same principles and methods we use with our clients in person, but for those who cannot make it to the gym. Our clients have gone on to win National Championships, make incredible body transformations, set world records, and ultimately – get results.

Our methods are effective. We emphasize strength training exercises, as well as promoting body transformations through hypertrophy and cardio training. When it comes to fat loss, we combine sustainable nutrition plans – with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to effectively build strength and maintain muscle mass – while losing fat.

Depending on your goals, your coach will adapt your program to any injuries, your previous training experience, and your current level of fitness.

Your coach will be your guiding hand over the course of the next few months and will assist you with any questions or needs you might have, while ultimately keeping you accountable to your goals and workouts. You will have weekly check-ins, progress updates (bodyweight, measurements, photos), and will be held to a high standard of training!

  • 3 Months: $169+tax per month

Commitment: We ask that you commit yourself to making a significant change in your body and lifestyle. We’re here to keep you motivated, and we’re here to guide you and show you the way – but we need YOU to stay committed to the program and diet.

This will change your life. It will be tough, but it’s worth it. We’ll give you tips and suggestions on how to make things a bit easier (prepping food in bulk, optimal time of day to workout, how to measure portion sizes, exercise demos, snacks, and lots more.)
