“To know, is to know that you know nothing. That is the meaning of true knowledge.” -Socrates

In today’s busy society the hardest thing to come by is time, it is the only thing that we cannot gain but constantly lose. As a full time graduate student trying to piece together my life and future I find it hard to acquire time to sit down and read intently. My collection of books, articles, journals etc. has been growing exponentially over the years, however currently I just do not possess the time to read and make notes on them all. In the realm of strength and conditioning the pursuit of knowledge, just like time, is and should be constant. In such a vast and expanding field with many sub disciplines the sea of knowledge is infinite and staying current in the field with the research and trends is of high importance and held in the highest regard. This is where Podcasts have played an integral role in my continual learning process of all things Strength and conditioning related. As a commuter I spend at least 2 hours a day in my car, that is a minimum of 120 minutes where I realistically cannot do anything except pay attention to my surroundings and senses. With Podcasts I can easily download them for free off the internet or Itunes, plug my Ipod into my car and now my 120 minutes has become a learning experience, my car has literally become a knowledge bomb! This post I will share with you my favorite Podcasts and IMO the best Podcasts out there for all strength enthusiasts, coaches, and meatheads alike.

These podcasts are not listed in any particular order, they all have their own niche in a sub discipline/category within the strength and conditioning field and all possess valuable information and cover topics that anyone can learn and take something away from. Enjoy!
