Squat, bench, deadlift, sprint, swing, jump – become the best athlete you can be with our NEW 8-Week Barbells 101 class! Barbells are our specialty – so we’ve put together a class that will make you stronger, help you shed fat and ensure you MASTER the BARBELL.

Each class begins by focusing on making you stronger with the barbell in your hands and perfecting your technique. Then finish with high intensity circuits that leave you breathless and kick your body into its optimal fat-burning zone. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME.

When you combine professional training with an effective and sustainable nutrition program – the results are nothing short of amazing. Everything will be laid out for you for the next 8 weeks – workouts, nutrition and tip to accelerate your results.

All classes are led by a TORQUE trainer, and we require pre-registration for this program.

We run this program 3 times per year (during the Fall and Winter months) – in 8 week blocks. We ask that you commit yourself for 8 weeks.
