Join us every Saturday as we raise the bar with this series of barbell and strength training workouts.

Each workout has a different focus – but they all have one common goal. To have you training effectively in a structured, strength based program.

This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. We’ll tackle basic strength training exercises using traditional principles. These workouts are led by a certified trainer who will be there to make sure you’re pushing your limits as well as learning new exercises, and the basics of program design and technique.
