1. How did you get into fitness/training?
At the young age of 16 years old I joined a gym. I always loved the idea of having a great physique. I fell in love with the process. I saw my body change and I was hooked. I also became aware of the parallels between training and life itself. Fitness has shaped who I am today. Years later after my passion and knowledge grew I thought “wouldn’t it be awesome to help others achieve their ideal physique”.

3. What is your biggest personal success?
Competing in Men’s physique placing 2nd and 3rd and gaining a national qualification.
4. What is your favourite thing about training?
The strict regimen, hard work and fulfilment it brings. You are in complete control whether its to do with how hard you train or what you feed your body. Nobody else can do this for me.
5. How many days per week do you train/what is your training split?
I train 5-6 days a week depending on what phase of training I am in. While prepping for a show I am in the gym 6 days a week while in the off season I need more time to rest and grow so 5 days is good for me.
