Class Descriptions

XFIT45 is our early morning 45 minute high intensity class that will have you fired up and ready to attack your day. Circuits, cardio, abs & core, and functional movement! Classes are at 6:30am.

XFIT60 is our 60 minute blast of strength circuits, cardio, abs & core, and functional movement. We run these mid day, evenings, and Saturday mornings.

We’ve taken it back to basics with our proven combination of strength, cardio, conditioning, and abs/core exercises to get you lean, build muscle, get your body moving in all directions, and generally just becoming a well oiled machine.
