5 Exercises for a bigger squat! w/ @tristyr

1. Pause squats. Get below parallel and build confidence at the bottom of the squat. Try this with 70-80% of your max.

2. Banded squats. The bands will pull the bar down which forces you to keep accelerating through the movement and not get pinned.

3. Box squats. A @westsidebarbellofficial classic. Sit all the way back onto the box, keeping your shins vertical and knees out. Strong hamstrings and posterior chain = big squat.

4. Bulgarian split squats to work on stability and power through your hips and quads.

5. Leg press with bands (video cut short). Load up the leg press and add a thick band to create even more tension.
