Pricing and Packages
Single Session: $85
10 Sessions: $800
21 Sessions: $1600 (1 free session)
35 Sessions: $2625 (Price reduced to $75/session)
50 Sessions: $3500 (Price reduced to $70/session)
Packages include initial baseline meeting on your second session to get body stats, set up your app and training program, and nutrition guidelines (this meeting is not mandatory but strongly advised).
Also included is your “end of package review meeting” to see your results and discuss any changes if you’re renewing your package, or moving into a different training option (scroll down for more info).

6 Week Transformation Package

Transform your body and kick start your fitness plan with our 6 Week Transformation Package.
Included in this 6 Week Plan is your initial baseline meeting to get body stats, measurements, and nutrition guidelines. This is an important piece of the process as it allows us to gather information, set your nutrition plan, and ensure you have a clear path to success.
Additionally, at the end of your package, you’ll have an “end of package progress review” regardless if you are renewing for another 6 weeks, or moving into a different training package (Small Group Training, Online Coaching, Bootcamp.)
This allows us to discuss your results and make any changes for the next 6 week block.

Fitness & Weight Loss Starter Package

Learn how to navigate the gym, structure your workouts, and align your fitness plan to your nutrition goals.
After your 5 sessions – continue your workouts remotely with your coach for $250/month on our app and either stay as a member at Torque, or at another gym!

Powerlifting & Strength Basics Package
$375 +tax
Learn how to properly train the big 3 lifts – squat, bench, and deadlift – as well as how to structure your powerlifting or strength program.
After your 5 sessions – continue your training with your coach for $250/month on our app and either stay as a member at Torque, or at another gym!

Additional Training Options
When you finish your training package, or you’re ready to take a hybrid approach to your training – or simply just want to cut the cost of training – we offer multiple additional training options beyond our 1-on-1 packages to ensure you keep progressing towards your goals.
Semi-Private Training (Small Group 1-4 people) Our semi private option gives you the accountability and hands on training from a Torque Trainer, in a small group of up to 4 people, and for a reduced cost. Workout times are set weekly, and you will have access to all your data on the Torque App from your previous 1 on 1 training. Your trainer may be different from who you worked with 1-on-1.Bootcamps and Classes

We build from the ground up – meaning we build a strong foundation both physically, as well as the knowledge to continue to build your body in the weeks to come.
