Your coach will guide you over the course of your training and will assist you with any questions or needs you might have, while ultimately keeping you accountable to your goals and workouts. You will have weekly check-ins, progress updates (bodyweight, measurements, photos), and will be held to a high standard of training!
Torque was built around strength and powerlifting and we quickly realized that the best lifters were also lean and in shape with low body fat. Because of that we combined our World Championship winning strength programs, with our bodybuilding, single digit bodyfat nutrition protocols to create the Torque Method. The Torque Method is a system of programs to fit your needs.
When it comes to fat loss, we combine sustainable nutrition plans – with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Steady State Cardio to effectively lose pure fat while maintaining muscle and strength.
Depending on your goals, your coach will adapt your program to any injuries, your previous training experience, and your current level of fitness. As well we will create a custom nutrition plan specifically for you.
Cost & Commitment
$150+ tax per month with a 3 month commitment.
We ask that you commit yourself to a minimum of two months with us so we can build a relationship and give you the best results possible. You will be making a significant change in your body and lifestyle. We’re here to keep you motivated, and we’re here to show you the way – but we need YOU to stay committed to the program and diet.
This will change your life. It will be tough, but it’s worth it. We’ll give you tips and suggestions on how to make things a bit easier (prepping food in bulk, optimal time of day to workout, how to measure portion sizes, exercise demos, snacks, and lots more.)
