Intermediate Strength Program


Our intermediate strength program is for people who are looking for a push in the gym with a structured 4 day program incorporating powerlifting movements like the squat, bench, and deadlift, as well as bodybuilding and hypertrophy exercises to increase muscle mass. You’ll be using drop sets, supersets, various alternative exercises, and your overall training volume will increase. You will be following a 2 on, 1 off rotation and a bodypart split with emphasis on the power movements.
