Advanced Strength Program
Advanced Strength & Power is a 5 day program that will bring serious results to even the most experienced lifter. This program is to be combined with a Torque Nutrition Plan to maximize your effort and produce extreme results. We’ve combined powerlifting movements like the squat, bench, and deadlift, with bodybuilding and hypertrophy exercises to increase muscle mass, improve strength and power, and get you jacked. This program has been proven time over time with our competitive athletes, as well as our members looking to make serious body transformations.
