TORQUE is not only committed to providing our members with a world-class training facility and professional services – we are committed to expanding our knowledge and skills, as well as hosting seminars and information sessions at TORQUE BARBELL.

We truly believe in the motto of “Live, Learn, Pass On (credits to Dave Tate from EliteFTS), and try to apply it every single day at TORQUE BARBELL. We feel it is our responsibility to give back to our community and the people who support us, and we do this by teaching what we learn day in and day out.

We are also working on our TORQUE Mentorship Program for trainers who want to quit their “big box commercial gym” job and start their own business, or for those who want to expand their current fitness business.

Our seminars cover topics in fitness, health, and fitness business (personal trainers).
