Torque is hosting another meet on March 19, 2016.
This meet is sanctioned by the Canadian Powerlifting Federation.
This is a classic powerlifting competition in a real gym with good lifting, good music, trophies, and prizes.
All rules and judging will follow WPC(CPF) guidelines. We will have a monolift for squats. No drug testing.
